An engineer has been jailed for 18 months after admitting to stealing blueprints from his former employer's FTP server.

This is not a tale of someone forgetting to change the password of an FTP server. The passwords were changed often. The engineer, who set up a competing firm, actively hacked into his former employer and stole confidential documents.
