Employee Training Needed for Remote Working Success

As home working stays with us as a long term business reality we need walk back some of the freedoms given to home workers and implement corporate level security controls, regardless of where work is being carried out.

The key tool to implementing this security is education. Trend Micro has conducted a survey of remote workers and their findings underscore this need for education. They say:

"although many have become more cyber-aware during lockdown, bad habits persist."

Further they propose targeting new education based on four personas; The Fearful, The Conscientious, The Ignorant and The Daredevil.
