BA Systems failure post mortem continues...
It's exactly as I suspected.
BA management says its not them, points to IT. BA IT says it's not them, its a contractor. Contractors say it's not us, we are working within the parameters of our contract.
Will heads roll? No. some contracts might move to other companies, but no heads will roll, there will be no criminal investigation. No one goes to jail. Yet still, tens of thousands of people, globally, have had their lives and livelihoods disrupted.
